When you choose to remove one food from your life, it can be daunting to cook. Much less two or three!
Do you always overcook your chicken? Want to know how to evenly chop your veggies so they cook right? Are you bored with your meals? How can you dress up dinner without it taking two plus hours!?!
Maybe you can’t you get the texture right on your gluten-free or grain-free cookies. Or your cupcakes always sink. Those disappointed eyes look at you…are they ready? It’s great to have a couple of go-to recipes to have on hand for any occasion. Stop winging it!
Cook and Bake Like a Pro
Or pretty close to one. How do you make food taste good without bad fats, dairy, refined sugar, and gluten? It’s not magic. You can totally do it. In classes, you will learn to apply french techniques to allergy-free cooking and baking. Mystery solved.
Rates and Classes
Classes are scheduled individually, typically one-on-one, to allow each student the time to practice and execute every technique covered in class. In some cases, small groups can be accommodated. Class content can vary by student needs and interests. Classes typically cost $75, running 1 1/2-2 hours.
