Ginger Green Tea
What a refreshing drink in the heat. Plus ginger works as an appetite suppressant while it stimulates digestion and other systems. Total win! Cut down that sugar by adding flavor - this recipe has about 1/2 tsp of sugars (2g) for an 8 ounce glass. Not bad for all that yumminess. If the ginger is too strong for you, eliminate the fresh ginger slices and use the tea bags only.
